Background
Minister; founder and CEO of Chicago Against Violence
Ran for 20th Ward alderman in 2011, 2015, 2019 and 2023. Founded the violence prevention group Chicago Against Violence and serves as a minister at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, according to the Hyde Park Herald in 2023. Grew up in Bronzeville, attended DuSable High School and enrolled at Moody Bible Institute in 1998.
