Background
Founder, Future Ties; retired Chicago police officer
Served 27 years with the Chicago Police Department, retiring in 2022. Founded the nonprofit Future Ties in 2011, which runs youth programs in the Woodlawn/Parkway Gardens community. Ran for 20th Ward alderperson in 2019 and 2023. Holds a B.A. in criminal justice from UIC and an M.B.A. from St. Xavier University.
