Has worked as a CPA and tax practitioner for more than 25 years and part-time as an attorney for about 10 years, and has worked as a talent manager in the entertainment industry. Holds an accounting degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a J.D. and two LL.M. degrees from John Marshall Law School.
