Background

Community bank president

Colorado Springs resident for more than 20 years and president of a community bank. Elected three times to the Colorado House of Representatives from northern Colorado Springs, where he chaired the Legislative Audit Committee. Served at the U.S. Small Business Administration as Regional Administrator and then Director of the Office of Rural Affairs. Holds a political science degree from Colorado State University.
