Public health advocate who founded Julissa Soto Latino Health Equity Consulting and Casa Inmigrante. Has worked on health equity policy in Colorado, including with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and served on the Colorado Vaccine Equity Task Force. Was a candidate in the November 2026 at-large Seat B vacancy election.
