Jacksonville City Council President (At-Large Group 3); executive director, The Fire Watch; consultant to marine and defense companies

Won a 2022 special election for At-Large Group 3 and was reelected in 2023; chosen council president for the term beginning July 1, 2026. U.S. Navy veteran with more than 20 years of executive experience in the defense industry, including roles at Raytheon, Armor Holdings, Survitec Group, Revere Survival and Patten Company. Holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University (1995) and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
