Jacksonville City Council member, At-Large Group 5

Serves on the Jacksonville City Council in At-Large Group 5, chairing the Finance Committee and the Neighborhoods, Community Services, Public Health & Safety Committee. Retired as a U.S. Army colonel in 2014 after 30 years, with a final post as inspector general for the Florida National Guard. Served more than six years as district director for U.S. Rep. John Rutherford. Holds a bachelor's from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Golden Gate University and a master's in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College.
