Background

State outreach director, Commonwealth Policy Center; former state auditor

Served two terms as Kentucky's state auditor and earlier served in the Kentucky House of Representatives. He ran in the 2023 Republican primary for governor. After leaving the auditor's office he sold insurance and in 2025 became state outreach director for the Commonwealth Policy Center.
