Attorney; Philadelphia City Councilmember, District 5

Won the 5th District Council seat in 2023 and was sworn in in January 2024. Previously served as legislative counsel to Council President Darrell L. Clarke and practiced real estate, small business, nonprofit governance and estate planning law. Graduated from Girard College, Temple University (B.A., political science) and Rutgers School of Law–Newark. Has said he would like another term.

Holds this office now.
