Retired health care administrator (Los Angeles County Department of Health Services); West Basin Division II director. An Inglewood resident elected to the West Basin board in 2006, she represents Division II (Inglewood, South Ladera Heights, Lennox and parts of Athens, Howard and Ross-Sexton) and has been one of West Basin's representatives on the Metropolitan Water District board since 2009, chairing it from 2019 to 2022. She earlier served on the Inglewood Unified School District board starting in 1995 and on the Delta Stewardship Council.
