About Chris Lowe

Educator, business owner; Chapman University graduate faculty. A PYLUSD graduate whose children attended district schools, he teaches graduate students at Chapman University, where he has been an assistant dean and director of executive education, and develops civics education programs at the Richard Nixon Foundation. He worked for Gov. Pete Wilson on the 1996 class-size reduction initiative, is a former mayor, and served as a student on the CSU Board of Trustees.
