About Stan Rajtora

Retired Navy civil service aerospace engineer. Elected to the water district board in 2018, he worked 36 years as a Navy civil service engineer at China Lake, retiring as a senior engineering analyst, and holds a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering. He came to the Indian Wells Valley in 1972 and says he has long attended district and city meetings to advocate for transparency, accountability and fiscal integrity.
