About Scott Tonnesen
Local businessman; Fairfield City Council member. Born and raised in Fairfield and a fifth-generation Solano County resident, he has served on the City Council since 2020 after eight years on the Planning Commission (three as chair), and was president of the Fairfield Main Street Association for eight years. He says the city should prepare its land for the California Forever project.
