A certified residential appraiser since 2020 who says he has valued about 1,000 properties, and a former civics, economics and history teacher at Sand Creek and Vista Ridge high schools. He holds degrees from UC Santa Cruz and Adams State College and says he has owned several businesses over about 30 years.
