Broward County Question 3 — Revised Process for Selecting the County Auditor

- What it does
- Currently under the Broward County Charter, an independent board nominates one individual for County Auditor, and the County Commission ratifies that selection upon determining the nominee is qualified. Should the Charter be amended to provide that the independent board nominates three individuals, thereby enabling the County Commission to appoint as County Auditor the qualified nominee it determines is best able to serve in that position?
