- What it does
- Shall Gilchrist County levy a countywide one cent sales surtax? The proceeds of the sales surtax shall be used solely for emergency fire rescue services and facilities with proceeds required by law to reduce the County's existing fire assessment and emergency medical MSTU ad valorem tax by the amount collected, as provided by Section 212.055(8), Florida Statutes.
