What it does: Shall the Charter of the City of Sebastian be amended to provide that a person must be domiciled in the City for 2 years immediately prior to qualifying to run for City Council and maintain that domicile while serving on Council, and that domicile is defined as physical presence within the city limits for no less than 270 days in a twelve month period?
Needed to pass: A simple majority
