- Shall the Town Charter be amended to update the Charter Revision Commission process by: (1) appointing the Charter Revision Commission at the final Regular meeting of the calendar year; (2) extending the commencement period from 45 to 60 calendar days after appointment; (3) requiring the Mayor to appoint a sitting Councilmember if no second-term Councilmember is available; and (4) advancing the Charter question submission deadline?
