- Shall Article II, Section 3 of the City Charter be amended to remove the requirement that appointed officers for City Clerk, Tax Assessor, Tax Collector, Treasurer, Municipal Judge, and Chief of Police must reside within the corporate limits of the City of Valparaiso for six (6) months prior to appointment, while preserving this residency requirement for the Mayor and City Commissioners?
