- What it does
- Shall a retailers' sales tax in the amount of one percent (1.00%) be levied in the City of Andale, Kansas, to take effect April 1, 2027, or as soon thereafter as such tax may be levied by the Kansas Department of Revenue, with revenue from such tax used for the purposes of providing mill levy support, assistance in establishing a General Fund Stabilization Reserve, and for Parks, Sidewalks, Roads and other General Government Purposes, including payment of debt service on financings issued for such purposes; and provided that such retailers' sales tax shall expire on the date ten years after it is first levied, all pursuant to K.S.A 12-187, et seq., as amended?

- A NO vote means
- Andale would not levy this 1% sales tax.
- Needed to pass
- A simple majority: more than half of the YES and NO votes on this measure must be YES. Leaving it blank doesn't count either way.
- Left–right lean
- Unclear: our AI read of the official summary isn't confident enough (we require 70%) to place this on the left–right spectrum, so we don't. Read the summary and decide for yourself.
