Judge, Third Judicial Circuit Court. First elected to the Third Circuit Court in 2002 and re-elected in 2008, 2014 and 2020. Before the bench he served in the Michigan State Senate (7th District) from 1987 until his 2002 election to the court. Holds a University of Michigan engineering degree and a J.D. from Detroit College of Law (1986). Listed in the Family Division – Domestic Section.
