Rockingham County's sheriff's office has an agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under the 287(g) program: Warrant Service Officer (signed December 31, 2019).

Warrant Service Officer: serving ICE administrative warrants on people already held in the county jail.
