Wake County Clerk of Superior Court; attorney. Senior Resident Superior Court Judge Paul Ridgeway appointed Croom Wake County Clerk of Superior Court in January 2026. Before that she spent more than 17 years as a Wake County civil magistrate and 10 years in her own law practice. She holds an economics degree from Duke University and a law degree from North Carolina Central University.
