Laborers union official; president, Laborers Local 55. A Newark native and Barringer High School graduate who has been a Laborers union business agent and lead organizer. First elected to the county board in 2014 and re-elected in 2017 and 2020, he has served as board vice president and president and chairs the Newark Central Planning Board. He is the only sitting commissioner seeking re-election to an at-large seat this year.
