About Sheri Winters
Special education para-educator, Gresham-Barlow School District. A Troutdale resident of more than 32 years who has worked as a substitute teacher, HR specialist, office manager and U.S. Forest Service wildland firefighter. She holds a master's in education from Portland State and has served as vice chair of the Troutdale Parks Advisory Committee and on the Public Safety Equity Advisory Committee and Town Center Advisory Board.
