About Colleen Frei
Attorney. Practiced agricultural, corporate and water law for decades at JDSA Law in Wenatchee, where she was managing partner. Holds a law degree and a natural resources degree from the University of Idaho, and has been involved with local groups including the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust and Chelan-Douglas Volunteer Attorney Services.
