About Nanci Grant

Oakland County Circuit Judge. Elected to the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in 1996 and served as its chief judge from 2009 to 2017; she founded and presides over the Combat Veterans' Treatment Court. She is a former chair of the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission and former president of the Michigan Judges Association, and previously practiced commercial litigation. She graduated from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School.
