Key dates after you vote in Maryland

• Mail ballots sent by mail must arrive by Nov 13 (ballots arriving after Election Day must meet the state's postmark rules).
• Mail ballots returned in person are due by Nov 3.
• If there's a problem with your mail ballot (a missing signature, for example), you can fix it until Nov 13.
• Results are certified by counties by Nov 13 and by the state by Dec 3. Until then, results are unofficial.

118,621 ballots cast in Anne Arundel County as of Nov 7: 63,281 early in person and 55,340 by mail. 13,842 mail ballots have been sent out but not yet returned.
