Background
Travis County Emergency Services District No. 10's election order puts two propositions to voters both in the district and in the Edgewater and River Terrace territory proposed for annexation.
Proposition A asks whether to add the Edgewater and River Terrace Service Area to the district. Proposition B asks whether that area would assume its proportionate share of the district's outstanding debts and taxes if it is added.
For voters in the territory, both propositions are labeled "THIS IS A TAX INCREASE." The order was issued August 12, 2026.
