- Shall the Charter Township of Lyon, Oakland County, Michigan, be authorized to levy annually a new additional millage in an amount not to exceed 1.1 mills ($1.10 per each $1,000 of taxable value), against all taxable property in the Township for a period of ten (10) years, 2026 through 2035, inclusive, to provide funds for operating, maintaining, supporting, supplying, and equipping the Lyon Township Public Library and for all other library purposes authorized by law?
