It is one of four bond propositions (B through E) on the ballot alongside Proposition A, a voter-approval tax rate election. Proposition E is a separate $30.4 million question for a multipurpose indoor facility.
In an August 14, 2026 announcement, the district said the Board of Trustees had voted unanimously at its meeting the night before to place all five propositions on the November 3, 2026 ballot.
